The Specifications
Each 147 sqm (approx 1570 sq ft) villa is built to the highest of European standards with four bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom, open plan living/dining room and kitchen.
The villas benefit from ample terraces, balconies and pre-installation for heating and air-conditioning. In the living rooms there will be an open fire to enjoy on cold winter evenings!
The luxury family bathroom include an enclosed shower cabinet and a corner jacuzzi bath.
Kitchens are bespoke fully fitted wooden units with granite work surfaces. Quality appliances will also be installed as standard to include ovens, hobs and fridge/freezers.
The villas share a large 10 x 15 metre swimming pool, an additional childrens’ pool and communal gardens. There is a site manager living on-site 24 hours a day 365 days a year. During the spring and summer months there is also a full time gardener and maintenance operative.
